Head Office & Load Cell Division

A New Era Begins – Expansion and Modernization in 2022 Building on decades of expertise and innovation, in 2022, ADI took a significant leap forward by establishing a new firm equipped with cutting-edge technology and advanced infrastructure dedicated to the Load Cell Division and corporate headquarters. This strategic move was driven by our commitment to stay at the forefront of precision measurement technology and to meet the growing demands of modern industries. The new facility incorporates the latest CNC machining centers, enhanced calibration labs, automated assembly lines, and state-of-the-art testing equipment—all designed to boost production efficiency, improve product quality, and accelerate innovation.

With this modern infrastructure, ADI CONTROLS continues to strengthen its position as a market leader, offering next-generation load cell solutions and a customer experience rooted in reliability, speed, and technical excellence. The collaboration enabled us to introduce globally benchmarked load cell technology, incorporating high-precision strain gauge techniques, advanced manufacturing processes, and robust performance standards. We began producing a wide range of load cells—including compression, tension, shear beam, S-type, and custom designs—to serve industries such as automotive, aerospace, material testing, process control, industrial automation, and weighing systems.

With in-house design, CNC machining, strain gauge bonding, and a calibration facility up to 3000 kN, our Load Cell Division has become a cornerstone of our business—delivering reliable, accurate, and application-specific solutions across India and global markets.

Instrument Division

In 1979, just a year after our founding, ADI expanded into the Instrumentation Division—marking a significant milestone in our journey toward becoming a fully integrated measurement solutions provider. This strategic step allowed us to offer not only precision sensors like load cells and transducers but also the associated electronics and display systems essential for real-time monitoring, control, and data acquisition.

From early analog indicators to advanced digital transmitters and flameproof instruments, our instrumentation range has evolved continuously to meet the growing demands of process industries, R&D labs, OEMs, and mission-critical industrial environments.

Backed by in-house R&D and deep application knowledge, the Instrument Division has played a key role in making ADI CONTROLS a one-stop solution provider—delivering end-to-end accuracy from sensor to signal.

Over the years, the division has also focused on continuous product innovation and technological upgrades, ensuring compatibility with modern automation and IoT systems. Our engineers have developed smart transmitters, high-speed signal conditioners, and user-friendly digital displays that provide accurate, stable, and reliable performance even in challenging environments. With a commitment to quality, precision, and long-term dependability, ADI’s Instrumentation Division continues to empower industries worldwide with intelligent solutions that bridge the gap between mechanical measurement and digital intelligence.

Temperature Sensor Division

In 1987, ADI CONTROLS further strengthened its commitment to precision engineering by establishing its dedicated Temperature Division. This strategic expansion enabled us to design and manufacture high-accuracy RTDs (Resistance Temperature Detectors), thermocouples, temperature transmitters, and flameproof temperature scanning systems tailored to demanding industrial environments.

Built on the same foundation of quality and reliability that defines our brand, the Temperature Division quickly became an essential part of our integrated measurement ecosystem—serving industries such as power, oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and OEM equipment manufacturing.

With in-house capabilities for design, sensor fabrication, calibration, and testing, our Temperature Division delivers customized and standard solutions that ensure accurate thermal monitoring, process control, and safety across a wide range of applications.
